Compensation: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus company benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at PT Engineering & Manufacturing. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our colleagues, with a focus on troubleshooting Windows 10 issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to colleagues, handling queries related to installations, upgrades, and general software and hardware problems
  • Utilize remote support tools, such as Landesk and Team Viewer, to resolve technical issues
  • Manage support tickets via Service NOW, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff, ensuring a seamless transition
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical challenges and improve overall IT service delivery

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support within an enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 troubleshooting, Active Directory, and Service NOW
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
  • IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or MCSA, are a plus but not required
