About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at PT Engineering & Manufacturing. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our colleagues, with a focus on troubleshooting Windows 10 issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to colleagues, handling queries related to installations, upgrades, and general software and hardware problems
- Utilize remote support tools, such as Landesk and Team Viewer, to resolve technical issues
- Manage support tickets via Service NOW, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff, ensuring a seamless transition
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical challenges and improve overall IT service delivery
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support within an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of Windows 10 troubleshooting, Active Directory, and Service NOW
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
- IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or MCSA, are a plus but not required
