About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Trading Desk Operations Specialist to join our team at Jane Street. As a key member of our trading desk, you will be responsible for managing the operational side of our trading activities. This includes monitoring trading tools, managing complex spreadsheets, optimizing processes, and developing new tools to support our traders.

Our trading desks are central to our collaborative office environment, and we believe in a hands-on approach to integrating new hires. You will work closely with experienced team members to learn the flow of the trading and settlement cycle, and the regulatory and operational considerations of each step.

We are looking for a critical thinker with a strong quantitative foundation and an interest in expanding their technical skills. You should be able to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, reliable, and courteous with strong organizational and communication skills.
