We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Compass Associates. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our elderly care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of our residents
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure a high-performing team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Lead in a nursing home setting
  • NMC registration
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
