Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the nursing and care teams, conducting clinical audits, and ensuring excellent medicines management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing and care teams
- Conduct clinical audits and ensure excellent medicines management
- Lead by example, providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
- Work full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), including some supernumerary hours
- Ensure high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents
Package and Benefits:
- Annual salary of up to £60,000
- Hourly rate of £23 - £24 per hour, plus paid breaks
- Full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm)

Requirements:
- Experience working in nursing homes at Clinical Lead / Deputy / Home Manager level
- Excellent medicines management skills and experience with clinical audits
- Strong leadership abilities
- Possession of a passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents
