If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex care or if you already have complex care experience this could be the perfect job role for you

We have a new opportunity available working with our young service user within in his own home in Skelmersdale supporting with his complex care needs.

We specialise in delivering high-quality, personalised support that empowers our clients to lead fulfilling lives. As a Complex Care Health Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our mission to enhance the well-being of those who require specialised attention.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a 3-year-old boy who lives with his loving family in Skelmersdale and requires a dedicated care team to support his complex care needs on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis throughout the day and night.

You will provide support with his personal care, moving and handling, clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will assist him to enjoy his hobbies and interests and provide a supportive and positive environment that promotes independence and dignity.

Your role will also include engaging through play and promoting social interaction. Throughout the night you will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night’s sleep offering reassurance and comfort when needed.

- Full Time & Part Time Available
- Days & Waking Nights
- Monday - Friday
- 3:00pm - 6:00pm
- Nights
- 9:00pm - 9:00am
- Weekend Day shifts Available

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weekdays: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £42 per 3-hour shift)

Weeknights: £14.50 per hour (Approx. £174 per 12-hour shift)

Weekends: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £180 per 12-hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £16.50 per hour (Approx. £198 per 12-hour shift)
