About the Role:This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the life of a child and their family. You will work closely with our team to provide personalized care and support, promoting the service user's independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 care and support to the service user, including personal care, medication administration, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Support the service user's educational and recreational activities, including attending school and participating in community events.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
- 3 months previous care experience, preferably in a pediatric setting.
- Medication administration training and experience.
- Personal care and moving and handling skills.
- Pet-friendly and able to work with dogs.
- Competitive pay rates, including £13.00 per hour for weekdays, £13.50 per hour for weeknights, and £14.00 per hour for Saturdays.
- Confirmed rotas and flexible scheduling.
- Full clinical training and ongoing professional development.
