About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times, adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
Requirements
  • 3 months previous care experience, preferably in a home healthcare setting.
  • Medication administration and personal care skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
