">About the Role
">">">In this position, you will be responsible for deputizing for the MLRO, ensuring that internal suspicious activity reporting and other referrals are quickly addressed, documented, and reported to external authorities where appropriate. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us navigate the complexities of financial crime regulation and industry best practices.

">Main Responsibilities:
  • Deputize for the MLRO, taking responsibility for addressing internal suspicious activity reports and other referrals.
  • Support the MLRO in preparing financial crime risk reporting, reviews, and investigations.
  • Deliver effective and robust financial crime prevention training to ensure all staff are aware of their responsibilities.

">Requirements:
">">">To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial crime compliance, with a strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (AML/CTF), sanctions, anti-bribery, and corruption.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels.
