Job Summary: We are seeking a talented HR Payroll Specialist to join our team at March Personnel. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for providing an efficient payroll service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team responsible for providing an efficient payroll service
- Provide technical support to the team and clients
- Deliver an accurate, efficient and timely payroll service
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Ensure that payrolls are compliant with current PAYE legislation
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing
- In-depth technical knowledge of UK PAYE legislation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
