Provide general clerical, word processing and datainput support for the relevant teams as required. Coordinate and documentation relevant to allOperating Unit Staff, liaising with HR, payroll and thelead trainer as required Support our Operational colleagues, OperationsManagers and Operations Team Leaders. Organise weekly/monthly meetings for the Team,handle messages and respond to enquiries. Operate ESR and input all staff training records.

Collate all monthly timesheets, mileage andexpenses claims and input the monthly payroll onto theMPR. Filing, photocopying, record keeping, postal duties,stapling, packaging, taking/making routine telephonecalls, shredding, distributing and circulating documentsand other routine clerical work. Coordinate the Operational Team Leader & Operations Managers in the West and update GRS.
