Community Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Community Support Worker - Domestic Violence. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our qualified staff in delivering care to our users.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with service users to manage their needs on a caseload basis
- Liaise with other agencies to provide emotional support and guidance to achieve a positive outcome
- Lead a team of IDVA's, manage referrals, and act as a link person between management and IDVA's
- Complete admin duties, go out into the community to meet with new referrals and case loads, and work with other charities
- Previous experience of working with victims of domestic abuse or suitable transferable skills
- Good knowledge of legislation and domestic abuse support strategies
- Desirable criteria: experience in leading a team within a domestic abuse service and an IDVA qualification
- Weekly pay
