Job Title: Learning Disability Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team in Neath. As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs to live as independently as possible.

About the Role:
  • Provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist individuals through a care pathway to achieve independence
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months experience of working in a social care setting
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Desirable: driver with access to own vehicle
