Job Title: Learning Disability Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team in Neath. As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
  • Monitor and record individual progress and needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience in a social care setting
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Desirable: driver with access to own vehicle
