Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at the National Autistic Society. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to autistic adults, enabling them to live the life they choose.

About the Role:
  • Provide support and guidance to autistic adults in a residential setting, promoting independence and personal growth.
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each person.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support and care.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.
