Pension Administration Manager

At ITV, we're passionate about delivering exceptional pension services to our members. As a Pension Administration Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ITV Pension Scheme.

We're looking for an experienced professional with a background in payroll and finance management to lead our team in Preston. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our pension schemes, including the ITV DC Plan and UTV Pension Scheme.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the payroll and finance teams to deliver critical processes that support the running of our pension schemes.
  • Preparing and providing timely information to our finance service provider to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Monitoring expenditure incurred in running our pension arrangements, including professional fees and preparation of information for regular monthly monitoring.
  • Running and reconciling the monthly payroll, including sending the BACS and RTI file.
  • Managing day-to-day interactions with advisers, such as auditors, bankers, HMRC, and internal tax teams.

**Salary:** £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

**Location:** ITV Preston (minimum 3 days in Preston office per week)
