We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Department Associate to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment Group.
Job Description- This is a full-time (37.75 hours/week), office-based role that requires strong analytical and communication skills.
- The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Pensions Department, handling phone and email inquiries.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14/hour, plus benefits such as professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, including phone and email inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.
- Support business-as-usual processes using tools like Excel.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
