**Position Overview**
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Analyst Talent Community to join our Economic Policy team. As a leader in your field, you'll be responsible for advising on quantitative research, leading projects, securing new partnerships, and managing junior staff. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your research expertise to drive positive change and contribute to our mission.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing research studies, supervising junior staff, and ensuring high-quality research outputs;
- Leading projects, developing project plans, managing resources, and engaging with clients and partners;
- Identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and building relationships with clients;
- Providing evidence-based advice to senior stakeholders, collaborating with other researchers, and contributing to the development of junior staff.
Our benefits package includes a generous pension scheme, flexible benefit pot, 25 days annual leave, and a great office environment. Salary: £56,250 - £75,000 per annum FTE.
