Mental Health and Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team in Salford. As a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing support to individuals experiencing mental health issues and their carers.

Your duties will include delivering strengths-based support planning, collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans, and ensuring that individuals receive timely access to appropriate services.

  • Deliver person-centred support to individuals experiencing mental health issues
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans
  • Ensure timely access to services for vulnerable individuals

Requirements:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Post-qualified experience in mental health and wellbeing
  • Degree-level qualification in Social Work or equivalent
