About the Role

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, working closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals with moderate learning disabilities.

You will be expected to develop and implement person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
