**Join Voyage Care Ltd as a Residential Management Professional**

We are seeking an experienced and caring leader to join our team as a Registered Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our residential service in Folkestone, which provides support to six adults with moderate learning disabilities.

As a Registered Manager, you will be required to manage the day-to-day running of the service, develop and implement person-centered support plans, conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and ensure regulatory compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role, a Level 5 in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals with autism and moderate learning disabilities. You will also be required to take part in the on-call rota and have access to excellent training and development opportunities.
