Wellbeing Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Assistant to join our team at Wellgate, providing exceptional care and support to individuals with physical and learning disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading shifts and administering medication in a residential care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care and well-being for our residents.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive estimated salary range of £25,000 - £31,000 per annum based on location and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including free DBS check and Enhanced Disclosure.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting residents with daily living activities and promoting independence
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
- Leading shifts and coordinating care plans with colleagues
