">Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12-£12.50 per hour, plus 28p mileage. Our benefits package includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle to work scheme.

">As a Care Assistant at MiHomecare Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as supporting clients with their medication and performing practical tasks like shopping and housework.
