School Facilities Officer - Folkestone and Canterbury

We recruit a Facilities/Cleaning Officer to cover schools in Folkestone and Canterbury. Duties include locking schools, making safety checks, ad-hoc repairs, inspecting, patrolling, cleaning, mopping, dusting, and heavy-duty cleaning. Must have a can-do attitude and previous industrial cleaning experience. Estimated salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
* Locking schools and making safety checks
* Performing ad-hoc repairs and maintenance tasks
* Inspecting and patrolling school facilities
* Cleaning and maintaining school premises

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience of facilities and operational functions
* Training in Computer Assisted Facilities Management Software (CAPM)
* Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
* Reliability and trustworthiness
