Facilities Rental Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Property Manager to join our client's team in East Kent. As a key member of their property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, including maintaining rentals, negotiating leases, and enforcing regulatory compliance.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000, depending on experience. Our client offers a competitive rate of pay and bonus structure as part of their remuneration package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies
* Negotiate and enforce leases
* Maintain and secure premises
* Establish rental rates by surveying the local market and calculating overhead costs
* Deal with tenant contracts by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits
* Work to financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, and scheduling expenditures
* Initiate corrective action as needed
Requirements:
* Excellent administrative abilities
* Strong MS Office skills
* Effective communication skills
* Professional experience in Property Management or estate agency
