Role Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated teaching assistant to join our team in Year 2. The successful candidate will provide general classroom support and potentially some 1:1 support when required. The school has been rated 'Good' by Ofsted, and we have received excellent feedback about the working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general classroom support in Year 2.
  • Potentially offer 1:1 support when required.

Salary Details
The salary for this position is £425-£450 per week, paid through PAYE. As a teaching assistant with Connex Education, you will also benefit from our competitive pay rates and flexible working hours.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification.
  • Experience supporting children in Key Stage 1.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to adapt to different learning environments.
  • A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one through Connex.
