Job Summary:

Noble Recruiting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of the Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and System Management: Ensure that processes and systems are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers dealing with a range of queries, providing timely and effective support.
  • Learning Provision Management: Manage and maintain the learning provision across the team, including scheduling and booking relevant courses.
  • Recruitment Support: Liaise with recruitment agencies to assist in sourcing candidates and provide administration support to the HR team.
  • Record Keeping: Process records and documents for the filing system, ensuring accurate and secure storage.
  • Ad-Hoc Administration: Perform various administrative tasks as required to support the HR team's operations.
