Hygiene Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hygiene Operator to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our factory.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain all equipment and production areas to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
- Report on stock levels to aid the Hygiene Team Leader in maintaining a fully stocked inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standard and schedule
- Use cleaning products at the correct dilution to ensure safe and efficient use
- Work discreetly and maintain confidentiality in areas containing sensitive information
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and protocols
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Communicate regularly with the Hygiene Team Leader as needed
- Previous experience in a hygiene-based role is essential
- Health and Safety Level 2 certification
- Food Safety Level 2 certification
- COSHH Awareness training
- Ability to learn and adapt to new areas and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to work independently for periods of time
