Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to join our team at Greencore. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all equipment, production areas, and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any cleanliness or hygiene issues.
  • Report any stock shortages or equipment malfunctions to the Hygiene Team Leader.
  • Work safely and follow all health and safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Communicate effectively with the Hygiene Team Leader and other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hygiene-based role is essential.
  • Health & Safety Level 2 certification.
  • Food Safety Level 2 certification.
  • COSHH Awareness training.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
