About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sauce Production Specialist. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our cooking sauces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mixing and Blending: Responsible for mixing ingredients and raw materials in commercial kettles to create our sauces.
  • Recipe Execution: Follow recipes and specifications to ensure consistency across batches.
  • Efficiency and Productivity: Efficiently carry out assigned operations or tasks, meeting all output targets.
  • Quality Control: Maintain excellent Housekeeping, Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve running problems or issues.
  • Teamwork: Participate in training and mentoring of new staff, and communicate effectively with area leaders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience working with machinery in a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Skills: Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Communication: Have strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to Detail: Have good attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Be open to working in a production environment with varying temperatures.
  • Positive Attitude: Have a positive attitude and work ethic.
