Youth Development Coordinator

Supporting Students with SEN
We are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support children with special educational needs (SEN) in their personal and academic development. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in psychology, criminology, or sociology, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, tailoring their education to meet their unique needs. You will also develop and implement comprehensive educational plans, tracking student progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to students with SEN.
- Develop and implement educational plans tailored to student needs.
- Closely collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
- Experience working with children who have SEN.
- A relevant degree in psychology, criminology, or sociology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Annual Salary: £29,000 - £39,000
