About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Freespee, a leading SaaS company specializing in Customer Experience solutions. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive market penetration and accelerate growth in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies to effectively position our automotive-tailored CX automation software towards OEMs, marketplaces, and dealerships.
  • Craft compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with overall brand and company objectives.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and feature releases, driving demand generation and sales enablement efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing product roadmap decisions and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop sales enablement tools, including sales collateral, presentations, and competitive battle cards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and strategic partners, to drive thought leadership and advocacy initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record in product marketing within the B2B SaaS industry (experience in the automotive sector is considered a bonus).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in crafting compelling narratives.
  • Full working proficiency in English (as it is our working language).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
