Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director for Service Development to join our team. This role will be pivotal in leading on the transformation and provision of high-quality services, working closely with our engaged team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide timely, efficient, and effective operational management support for divisional service areas, assisting the lead clinicians and senior managers as required.
  • To take forward agreed projects to improve patient pathway, service delivery, and patient experience in agreed areas.
  • To lead on ensuring that all performance/quality targets are achieved.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in healthcare or management or demonstrable ability to work at Masters level.
  • Degree and/or equivalent senior management experience.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Project management experience.
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with significant experience of staff management, including the setting of objectives, team and individual appraisal, recruitment and disciplinary issues. A full range of IT skills, including spreadsheet analysis, is also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
