Salary and Benefits

Job Description
The Patient Advisor role involves building relationships with patients, ensuring regular communication prior to and following treatment, and assisting in patient consultations. This includes undertaking diagnostic scans, introducing patients to their optometrist, scheduling treatment dates, and advising on traditional vision correction solutions. Accurate maintenance of patient records is also essential.
