Job Description:

This position entails providing expert HR advice and guidance to Spire colleagues and managers within the hospitals to facilitate delivery of our Purpose on a daily basis.

You will need to establish effective relationships at all levels with multiple stakeholders. This is a diverse and demanding role where you will be required to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organisation and meeting commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement workforce planning strategies through regular workforce discussions with the hospital Senior Management Team.
  • Serve as a wellbeing advocate for the hospital and Spire, regularly promoting relevant tools, support mechanisms, and communication channels.
  • Manage absence within the hospital to minimise short-term absence and effectively manage long-term absence.
  • Offer high-quality consistent HR advice aligned with Spire policy, procedure, and best practice.
  • Assist managers in performance management processes, disciplinary, grievance issues, attendance matters, and change management.
  • Timely address employee relations issues while prioritising workload.
  • Develop manager capability to implement and manage people policies and procedures
Remuneration:

£35,000 per annum, based on experience.
