We are seeking an experienced Forecasting and Planning Specialist to join our team at Sykes Cottages Limited. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate financial forecasts and plans.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain accurate and timely consolidated forecast models, including P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, and KPIs.
    • Conduct regular review and analysis of financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide financial guidance and support to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Requirements:
    • A degree in Accounting or a related field.
    • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: £38,000 - £55,000 per annum
