Aerospace HR Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Aerospace Group, supporting our manufacturing operations. Our organization specializes in creating complex tube and duct assemblies using high-performance materials capable of withstanding extreme pressure, temperature, and chemical interactions.
This role will oversee all human resources functions, including time and attendance, leave, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment, training, and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives to ensure the right people, structure, and processes drive business success.
- Administer Employee Benefits program, including pension administration through a third-party administrator.
- Lead site recruitment, supporting the onsite Apprenticeship program.
- Serve as an HR business partner to the Manufacturing Site Leader and cross-functional leadership team.
- Provide counsel on employee and organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Provide performance management guidance to line management.
- Participate in evaluating and monitoring training programs to ensure associates have necessary skills and resources.
- Lead, develop, engage, and maximize a high-performing team.
- Strong knowledge of government employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis.
- Understanding of business management principles.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across sites and the corporate enterprise.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Demonstrated progression in a HR generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
