HR Generalist for Complex Manufacturing

Aerospace Group is a leader in the aerospace industry, and we're looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and change initiatives, administering employee benefits, leading site recruitment, and serving as an HR business partner to the manufacturing site leader and cross-functional leadership team.
What You'll Do- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
- Administer employee benefits, including pension administration through a third-party administrator.
- Lead site recruitment efforts, including supporting the onsite Apprenticeship program.
- Partner with site leadership to develop actions and solutions regarding engagement, retention, and talent development.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment, and proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
