Healthcare Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Support Team Lead to join our team in New Milton. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £28,047pa for 40 hours per week.
About the PositionAs a Healthcare Support Team Lead, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting staff and clients within the care home. You will work closely with the Registered Care Home Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional care services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing coaching, advice, and supervision support to staff
- Building relationships with key partners, professionals, healthcare settings, agencies, and stakeholders
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the registered home, adhering to high standards of care and quality
To succeed in this role, you must have a Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards it. You should also possess sound knowledge of best practice around recovery-based support and person-centred planning and risk management.
A driving license and access to a car with business insurance for use at work are desirable but not essential.
