We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified English Teacher to join our team at a high-performing Secondary School in Wednesbury.

Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to teach Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students, fostering their love for literature and improving their language skills.

Your primary responsibilities will include creating engaging lesson plans, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to help students achieve academic success.

You will collaborate with fellow teachers to promote a culture of excellence and drive student progress.

Key Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum and English educational principles
  • Proven experience in teaching English in a secondary setting
  • Exceptional behaviour management skills
  • Passion for making a positive impact on students' lives
Compensation and Perks:

The salary for this role is £154.84 - £220 per day, equating to £30,193 to £42,900 per annum for a full-time position.

You will have the flexibility to choose between PAYE and Umbrella options and enjoy benefits such as holiday pay, pension contributions, and free safeguarding training.

You will also receive a £100 welcome bonus and have access to our refer a friend scheme.
