Business Manager

La Mer is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Business Manager to lead our team of Skin Care Experts and drive business growth through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
This is an exceptional opportunity for you to take charge of your own counter and create a business plan that recruits and retains customers. You will have total accountability for leading a high-performing team and achieving counter targets.
We are looking for a self-starter with a flair for business planning and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential. If you have experience in retail management, sales analysis, and staff scheduling, and are proficient in Microsoft Office, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a Business Manager at La Mer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management, and front-line marketing. About You
- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
