Business Manager

La Mer, a leading prestige skin care brand, is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Business Manager to lead our team of Skin Care Experts. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for building long-term client relationships through meaningful engagement and services, while achieving counter targets.
This is an exceptional opportunity for you to take on a leadership role and drive business growth. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan, recruiting and retaining customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
We are looking for a self-starter with a flair for business planning and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential. If you have experience in retail management, sales analysis, and staff scheduling, and are proficient in Microsoft Office, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of Skin Care Experts to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers
- Develop and implement in-store events and marketing strategies
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
- Collaborate with the retail operations team to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in sales analysis, staff scheduling, and inventory management
- Previous experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
