We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at TekWissen UK.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality technical and medical information to Healthcare Professionals and patients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Handle inquiries via various channels, documenting responses according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Support second-line content management and assist with continuous process improvements.
**Requirements:**
- Education: Degree in life sciences/healthcare (Pharmacy degree preferred).
- Experience: 1-2 years in medical information or a related field, plus customer service experience.
- Skills: Proficient in English and Dutch (C1 level), with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional European language skills are a plus.
**Additional Information:**
- This role may involve occasional work outside of standard hours.
- Strong decision-making, accountability, and relationship-building skills are required.
