We are currently looking for a Medical Information Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the London/Surrey border. As the Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to healthcare professionals and patients.

This is a hybrid working role, 50% remote working and 50% based from site that is situated in the London/Surrey border.

Please note this is an initial 12 month contract with possible contract.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Medical Information Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Medical Information Specialist, you will research and respond to inquiries received via multiple channels including phone, email, webform, live chat, or postal mail, within the required timelines and standards.

2. As the Medical Information Specialist, you will document inquiries and responses accurately and completely according to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and regulatory guidelines.

3. As the Medical Information Specialist, you will identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints within required timelines.

4. As the Medical Information Specialist, you will provide responses in the customer’s local language using approved resources in English.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a life science or healthcare field.

2. Proven industry experience in medical information or a relevant field.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with regulatory and compliance issues relating to the medical function.
