Job Description:

As a Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll provide high-quality technical and medical information to Healthcare Professionals and patients, ensuring excellent customer service. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, webform, live chat, or mail, documenting responses according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines. You’ll also support second-line content management and assist with continuous process improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in life sciences/healthcare (Pharmacy degree preferred).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in medical information or a related field, plus customer service experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in English and Dutch (C1 level), with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional European language skills are a plus.


Additional Info:

  • It may involve occasional bank holiday work and hours outside the norm.
  • Strong decision-making, accountability, and relationship-building skills required.
