Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a luxury shopping experience to all customers, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and expertise
  • Confidently make recommendations to achieve sales and targets
  • Drive and achieve individual and team objectives, and be accountable for meeting your own sales results and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Proactively engage with customers to develop loyalty and retention
