Team Performance Coach

We're looking for a Team Performance Coach to join our team at Halfords. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our people.
About the Role:
- As Team Performance Coach, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, while driving business growth and improving processes.
- You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless centre operations, including stock control, inventory management, and maintenance.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and leadership experience, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and an uncapped bonus scheme.
About You:
- You'll have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Experience in inventory management, stock control, and centre operations is highly desirable.
