Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Floor Manager to oversee the running of our busy sales floor in Llandudno. As a key ambassador for Pandora, you will motivate and drive our team to excel in customer service and sales.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring store sales figures and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Handling serious complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets by utilizing effective selling skills and up-selling techniques
  • Building strong relationships with customers and adapting your approach to meet their individual needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as key holder for the store and ensuring the relevant opening/closure procedures are followed
  • Cashing up and reconciling till systems
  • Assisting with administrative duties, including recruitment and disciplinary hearings if required
  • Operating the till system and handling financial transactions

About You

  • Prior experience in a leading brand or consumer product retailing is preferred
  • You have a passion for driving sales and profitability in store
  • Strong communication skills and ability to establish and coach a high-performing team
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
  • A positive attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora products and core values

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of pay (£15-18 per hour), monthly bonus of 10% if sales targets achieved (with potential of 20% if stretch targets achieved), generous annual jewellery uniform allowance, access to online benefits platform with discounts, and free support for health and wellbeing, financial advice, and more.
