Job Title:

Risk Management Team Lead


At Pandora A/S, we are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Team Lead to join our team in Llandudno. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability in store while ensuring excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze sales figures to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Handle serious complaints that have been escalated and resolve them efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilizing effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, and productivity.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by answering their queries, providing exceptional service, and adapting your approach to meet their needs.
  • Cash handling and reconciliation of till systems.
  • Key holder responsibilities and opening/closure procedures.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and conducting investigations as required.
  • Manage product deliveries, unloading, and storing.
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, and provide customer support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
