**Job Overview**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager in the UK. As a key member of our Information Security Management System (ISMS), you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations while ensuring the security of our information assets.

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and operating our ISMS, working closely with the Information Security Officer (ISO) and Information Security Representative (ISR). This includes:

  • Implementing strategies for achieving regulatory compliance across the UK portfolio.
  • Maintaining project plans for CAF compliance and highlighting upcoming activities, current issues, future risks, and solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Integrating information security standards into operational processes, such as supply chain management and risk management.
  • Creating and maintaining company-specific documentation for information security and ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and business instructions.
  • Analyzing and processing information security improvements/incidents and providing necessary support to sites throughout the incident response process.
  • Providing technical consultancy on OT security topics, such as asset management, configuration management, network security, and security architecture.
  • Delivering awareness sessions on cyber security topics and providing coaching to employees.
  • Reporting on information security performance to various stakeholders, including plant management and central ISMS teams.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the field of critical infrastructure.
  • Experience with introducing or operating an ISMS according to ISO 27001.
  • A degree in information technology or a comparable professional experience, especially in the field of process control systems or communication technology.
