Job Description

This part-time receptionist position involves working 3 days a week in our office. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Tasks
  1. Audit and manage office supplies to ensure timely replenishment;
  2. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, including the waiting space and kitchen;
  3. Liaise with building maintenance teams as required;
  4. Respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner;
  5. Perform administrative duties, such as photocopying and printing;
  6. Sort and distribute mail, ensuring it reaches the correct recipients;
  7. Oversee access control, temporary passes, and building passes for employees and visitors;
  8. Ensure the building's security is maintained, reporting any incidents;
  9. Support event planning and logistics, providing hospitality services;
  10. Address queries and escalate issues to the Facilities/Office Manager when necessary;
